One simple price per GxP system you validate

A GxP system is any computerised system that affects the quality, safety or traceability of a regulated product: SAP, MES, LIMS, eBR, CDS, EDMS, automated warehouse, etc. Each validated system counts as one regardless of the number of modules or instances.

1 credit = 1 GxP document generated or regenerated by AI. It applies to every validation deliverable (URS, validation plan, AR, IQ, OQ, PQ, MX, reports, etc.). Unused credits roll over into your account-wide pool with no expiration, and extra packs don't expire either. The pool is shared by every user in the organisation. Audit Copilot doesn't draw from this pool — it's an add-on with its own pricing. If you exceed your plan's monthly cap, you can buy additional packs of 10 credits for $176.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time (the change applies immediately and is prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Data and documents remain intact on every change.

After cancellation you have 90 days in read-only mode to export every signed document, audit trail and record in PDF/A and CSV. We honour the retention requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11 during that period.

No. They are two independent add-ons. API SAP connects OqoVal to your SAP installation to extract configuration data and run automated IQ/OQ tests. Change Control SAP detects transports (TRs), analyses regulatory impact and triggers the revalidation flow. They are sold separately.

Yes. The monthly subscription includes the GxP maintenance of the systems you have active. There are no extra post-validation fees: regulatory alerts, re-validations driven by changes and a live audit trail are all included.
