We made a live online demonstration in which we presented Oqosafe, the software that provides the necessary computer controls for the validation of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, ensuring compliance in GxP and FDA environments.
It was a success having more than 100 professionals registered, among which we found IT managers, Quality managers, regulatory managers of companies in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, biotechnology, and medical devices.
During the webinar, attendees could attend a live demonstration of Oqosafe software, where we showed the features and technical applications of this platform to store and manage the regulated excels that we have developed from Oqotech and with which some of our customers already work.
Our colleagues Sergio Tormos -Computerized Systems Validation Consultant- and Mayte Garrote -CTO- made a step by step tour through the tool explaining how OqoSafe provides the functionalities so that the spreadsheets with which we work in regulated environments can be validated:
- Management of users, security profiles and passwords
- Access control.
- Audit trail.
- Electronic signature.
This greatly facilitates the validation of spreadsheets, automating the controls to be applied to documents. Allowing management time savings by centrally administering the organization’s regulated excels.
